- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problems.
- Leads the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and recommends solutions for In addition, leads the analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise as well as on the enterprise technology architecture.
- Architect the design and implementation of new solutions and improve the resilience of our core infrastructure and devices.

- Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the future and current state, typically in sync with the IT budgeting or other capital planning
- Configure, deploy, and manage Storage Area Networks, Site-to-Site connectivity, and data replication.
- Must perform disaster recovery operations, manage technologies to support backups and recovery, including the regular testing and validation of our DR environment and tools.
- Monitor overall network performance to decide if changes want to be made and when needed, act as the primary architect.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Provide Level 3/4 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Manage server administration to include Group Policies, Active Directory, DNS
- Consult and participate in the selection and implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, project management, or general business management or related field. Alternatively, equivalent progressive IT experience.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure support and networking required; Cisco experience preferred.
- Engineering experience.
- Cloud computing experience is a plus! Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Virtualization experience; VMWare, Hyper-V, SAN environments and SaaS
- Supervisory experience.
